Michael Deighan serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Melody Holdings. For the past six years, he has overseen Melody’s financial and capital strategy, planning, and accounting. He plays a key role in driving continued growth and innovation, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy and optimize operational performance. Prior to becoming CFO, Michael served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at SESAC Music Group, where he led the first whole-business securitization in the music industry—a financing milestone that strengthened the company’s capital structure and positioned it for long-term growth.
