Deric is a Managing Director in the Asset Backed Finance group at PNC, focusing on origination and structuring of Trade Receivable Securitizations and Monetizations for companies in the California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington markets as well as companies nationwide in the Power, Utilities, & Renewable Energy, Metals and Mining and Music Royalty securitization verticals. Deric has 15+ years of securitization experience. Prior to joining PNC in 2021, Deric worked for Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in New York City for 7 years and in Paris, France for 4 years. Prior to that, Deric worked at HSBC Securities for 5 years in New York City. Deric graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s in Business-Economics with an Accounting emphasis. Deric holds his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
