Bryan is a Managing Director and Head of Entertainment Finance at MUFG. He is responsible for managing the bank’s entertainment-finance business, which has provided capital to the industry for over 35 years.  The bank’s entertainment finance group is middle-market focused primarily working on project financing for independent films and television series, corporate finance for independent production and distribution companies, finance for entities specifically set up for major studio co-financing relationships, finance for music publishing and catalogue ownership relationships, as well as finance for service companies across the film, tv, and music businesses including talent agencies and post production businesses.  Since joining Union Bank in July 2007 (taken private by MUFG in 2008), Bryan has led MUFG’s Entertainment Finance group’s reemergence as a market leader.  MUFG’s Entertainment Finance group typically closes approximately 35 new credit transactions per annum acting as lead arranger on approximately 70% of its investments.  Bryan began his banking career in the entertainment industries group at Comerica Bank in 2000.
