Blake Baron is a Corporate Partner based in Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP’s New York office and member of the firm’s Governing Board. Mr. Baron represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions, including music-related transactions and transactions in the gaming industry, including video game and board game companies and assets. He advises on deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction documentation in both domestic and cross-border matters.

Mr. Baron’s practice also encompasses securities law, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance. He represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and other public offerings of debt and equity securities, and has significant experience guiding companies through the process of going public, including through traditional IPOs and de-SPAC transactions. He advises public companies on compliance with their obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including the preparation of annual, quarterly, and current reports and proxy statements.
