John Josephson is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Melody Holdings. Since his appointment as CEO in 2014, Melody has achieved rapid growth both organically and through acquisitions, including The Harry Fox Agency, Christian Copyright Licensing International, eOne Music Group, AudioSalad, and HAAWK. Melody is the lead investor in Runner Music, a boutique independent publisher that acquires timeless catalogs while partnering with world-class songwriters to craft today’s biggest hits. John is a member of the Board of Trustees of Cornell University and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Paley Center for Media, the Board of Directors of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and the New York Advisory Board of Teach For America.
