Born in South Africa, Charles Goldstuck is the founder and Managing Partner of GoldState Music, a private investment firm focused on music rights and growth-stage enterprises in the music sector. A veteran executive and investor, he has led major companies across recorded music, publishing, and technology, including co-founding J Records with Clive Davis, serving as President and COO of BMG, and revitalizing careers of artists such as Rod Stewart and Annie Lennox while launching new acts like Maroon 5. He is also founder of The Sanctuary at Albany in the Bahamas and Executive Chairman of TouchTunes Interactive Networks. Goldstuck has received numerous philanthropic honors, including the 2025 American Red Cross Humanitarian Award and TJ Martell Foundation Circle of Legends Award.
