Mr. Valentine is Chief Executive Officer of Concord, having previously served as Concord’s President and before that, as its Chief Financial Officer. During his career spanning nearly two decades at Concord and its predecessor entities, Bob has helped to deploy over $3 billion of equity and debt capital to acquire music and theatrical rights and was a key contributor in driving Concord’s growth from an $8M/year jazz record label to a $1 billion revenue global music company with a catalog of 1.3 million songs, compositions, sound recordings, films, plays, and musicals that supports over 125,000 artists and songwriters.
Bob received his M.B.A. degree from U.C.L.A.’s Anderson School of Management. Prior to earning his M.B.A., he began his career by working for three years as a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, based in New York.
