Malcolm Hawker serves as EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Melody Holdings, a portfolio of tech-enabled music companies serving independent creators, publishers, and labels across multiple segments of the music industry, anchored by a leading performing rights organization representing 20,000 songwriters and music publishers with a repertory of more than one million musical compositions. He oversees operations across all Melody portfolio companies and has extensive experience in copyright licensing, international business development, and technology. He leads efforts to drive efficiency and growth across SMG’s Music Services division, including The Harry Fox Agency, HAAWK, The CCLI Group, and AudioSalad. Prior to joining Melody, Hawker served as President and CEO of CCLI (Christian Copyright Licensing International), a global rights licensing and resource company acquired by Melody in 2016.
